Not at all! I offer both in-person office visits as well as virtual appointments. For those that don't live locally, travel frequently for work/school or simply don't feel like coming by the office, just let me know and we will set up your appointment virtually instead.
While I do not accept health insurance, I will provide a super bill for all in-person visits. A superbill is a "receipt" given for nutrition counseling services performed that can be submitted to your health insurance for reimbursement.
Our first appointment together is going to be structured around getting to know you as an individual and mapping out how to achieve your specific goals. Are you looking to lose weight/body fat?
