Easy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli
2lbs broccoli florets
10 cloves garlic; smashed
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
6 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425 °
2. In a baking dish, add broccoli and spray lightly with olive oil spray while tossing broccoli to ensure it is fully coated.
3. Add smashed garlic and black pepper.
4. Roast for approximately 20 minutes or until broccoli is lightly browned.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and serve.
For anyone who is lactose intolerant or has a dairy allergy, this recipe is still delicious and full of flavor if you skip the cheese. Enjoy!
